When I first experienced the calling to be a spiritual director, I hadn’t yet heard of spiritual direction. I just knew I was called to be a companion on the journey through loss. So, I did what any good elder millennial would do and started a Substack (did you think I was going to say podcast?) I called it A Field Guide for Sorrow.
